As well as breeding wonderful Ragdoll cats and kittens, and Alpacas, I have two holiday cottages which are let, nightly, or weekly, or longer,to tourists, and kiwis alike.
Ragdoll Cottage: 
This cottage has two bedrooms
and is suitable for either two
couples, or a family.
Everything you need, is supplied. Linen, towels, bedding and Spa towels.Tea. coffee,and milk . with a fully equipped kitchen. Sky T.V. ( flat screen) and a DVD player.
It comfortably sleeps 5 people, is self contained, it has a covered and screened private patio area, opening off the lounge,with a gas BBQ, and a dining tabl and chairs.
There is also french doors from the main bedroom, onto another deck.
My guests say the beds are great!
A large 6 seater, luxury spa pool, with a rain proof shade sail, so it can be enjoyed in wet , or fine weather.It is screened for privacy.( skinny-dipping approved)
Sky T.V. and a DVD player, with lots of children’s videos for wet days.
The cottage has a full sized stove and a very well equiped kitchen, with a big fridge / freezer.
One queen bedroom, and either twin singles, or a king size bed in the second bedroom. A cot and highchair can be provided, and another single , foldaway bed. There is also a comfortable, queen sized sofa bed in the lounge.
This is a very tranquil, quiet location for folk to explore the beautiful top part of New Zealand, and the world famous Bay of Islands. Handy to beautiful Matauri Bay.and the best beaches north of Kerikeri.
The cottage is set in beautiful sub-tropical gardens, with large, sweeping lawns.Lots of parking. Bring your boat, or hire my son with his dive/charter boat. He loves to take folk out night diving for crayfish!
Wireless broadband Wi-Fi internet, and a laundry, are available.
This is a safe area for children.Play area with a trampoline,swings and a netball hoop just for them to enjoy.The location is quiet….. No loud music and no parties.
Summer rates from $ 120. per couple.
Winter rates from $110. for two people
$20 extra adult per night.
$15 extra children per night.
NO added GST.
These rates apply for folk booking directly with the owner. Bookings thru an agency may be 10% -20%higher, to cover their commission.
My Ragdoll cats do not go into the cottage. They have their own apartments, or are in my home with their kittens. Guaranteed no fleas!! No fur.
Sorry, but no pets, because of my cats. You can cuddle mine! play with the kittens,( in season) or spoil the mum and Daddy cats.
The friendly Alpacas love to be hand fed! Along with all the pet lambs. They are friendly “painted sheep” ahd like to be fed pellets.
